Step into Your Moxie is a certified woman-owned and disability-owned business founded by author and speaker Alexia Vernon. The mission is showing executives, business leaders, and consultants how to communicate powerfully – particularly during high-stakes conversations, presentations, and in written communication.
Alexia and the brand work with various companies — like St. Jude Children's Hospital and MGM Resorts International — to craft messaging, deliver persuasive presentations, and position themselves as a leader. This is done through workshops, team building, and training.

During my time at Perennial Creative Co., I worked on numerous pieces, both print and digital, to help achieve this goal.
The materials I worked on often helped guide the leaders through mindset / skill set exercises and prompts, pushing them to feel empowered and confident. These are created in an interactive PDF so users can fill out information on their device.
