the Program
Get Your Goal with Pahla B is a fitness, goal-oriented weight loss platform focused specifically on women over 50. Though also a podcaster and author, one of her main offerings is the Get Your GOAL group coaching container, which includes four self-paced courses with specialized coaching calls
During my time at Perennial Creative Co., I designed these four course books. These documents guide the member through videos, worksheets, journal prompts, and information that was vital to their weight loss journey.

Each book represents a different point in the weight loss experience, from forming healthy (both physically & mentally) habits to losing the last five pounds.
Get the Sale
To advertise the program and showcase the extensive resources included in the subscription, Pahla's site needed a sales page associated with the offering. First, I created a basic wireframe to present to the client. Then — once approved — I created the prototype for the webpage. You can view the finished page on her website below.
Get the Message Out
Pahla's brand also includes a free podcast available to anyone on their weight loss journey. Instagram is a great way to reach her target audience, so her team needed graphics to update listeners on new episodes.
In Canva, I created Instagram templates for the Get Your Goal team to customize based on their needs. These are seen below.
Get Together
This brand is unique in that it also offers community centered group events. I designed promotional materials for these events. The event flyers needed to include a lot of introductory information while still being inviting and playful.
Pahla B has other products that supplement the weight loss journey. For example, you can sign up for her Success Bundle, which pairs worksheets with instructional videos and extra insight. I designed these interactive Success Bundle sheets to accompany this online program. Additionally, there were also two reflection packets created and offered.

Know Yourself
The Get Your Goal brand is fun and whimsical. A delightful opt-in is her weight loss personality quiz. Based on your answers, you're be sorted into a weight loss personality type. These short booklets give information on what programs and tips would work best for your needs. You can see examples to the left and above.
Get Unblocked
Part of losing weight is psychological. There may be mental blocks that are holding you back. Pahla B offers another quiz to help her clients determine their individual block type.

For this offering, I developed a "Your Mindset Block" logo, icons for each identity, and an interactive PDF to showcase the ins and outs of each block type.
